Commercial premises we cover
We provide high-quality commercial cleaners for small and large businesses across the local area. Our dedicated team will clean your workplace to a high standard on every visit.
Offices
Office cleaning is our bread and butter. It makes up most of our commercial cleaning work, and we’re highly experienced in this area. We clean everything from single offices in a shared workspace to large multi-desk offices spanning multiple floors.
Retail shops
Whether you’re running a shop in The Glades or a commercial premises on the high street, we’ll create a bespoke cleaning solution around your retail space. Our team will mop the floor, wipe checkout areas, clear behind the tills and ensure fitting rooms are tidied for the start of the next day.
Hospitality
Cleanliness is key in the hospitality industry, especially with your reputation and food hygiene rating to protect. If you run a bar, restaurant or pub in Bromley, we can help you maintain the high standards customers expect.
We clean chairs, tables and floors in the seating area. We also sanitize mats, drip trays, and bar runners, and clean high-traffic outdoor seating areas.
Schools
We’ve placed cleaners across primary and secondary schools in Bromley. Contractors will clean the entire school building, including classrooms, dinner halls, staff rooms and offices. Cleaning takes place in the evening to ensure the building is ready for students and staff the next day.
Residential blocks
To keep your apartment block free from dirt and grime, our service providers will clean the communal areas, concierge, lifts and car parks.
Tenants and residents expect a well-maintained, professionally cleaned building. If you’re thinking of switching cleaning contractors, our experienced team are ready to discuss your cleaning requirements.
Short-term lets
Let a team of experts manage handover at your short-term let. We’ll clean the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces after guests leave. We can also change linen, replace towels, and restock consumables.
HMO’s
Houses with multiple occupants (HMOs) require frequent cleaning and maintenance. If the landlord is responsible, you’ll need a reliable cleaning team to provide this service. We work with companies specialising in HMO cleaning. We’ll clean all communal areas, including hallways, staircases, corridors, kitchens, and any shared bathrooms.
Hotels
Nothing ruins a guest’s stay quicker than a dirty hotel. If you’re striving to maintain your 4 or 5-star rating, reliable, efficient hotel cleaners are essential. We can provide fully trained housekeepers on short or long-term contracts.
Medical facilities
Keeping your surgery or medical facility clean is essential. Patients expect the highest standard of cleanliness when they visit your practice. Reception areas need to be cleaned, treatment rooms sanitized, and surface areas wiped down to perfection.
General areas covered
We clean the entire building, but here’s a taste of how we approach individual areas.
Windows
Make a great first impression with professionally cleaned windows. Dirty windows can alienate potential customers in a busy high street retail space. We provide window cleaning services for offices, shops, schools, restaurants, warehouses and other commercial properties across Bromley.
Depending on the property type, we offer a range of cleaning methods. These include traditional window cleaning, reach-and-wash systems, water-fed poles, cherry pickers, and specialist access equipment for multi-floor office buildings.
We can remove old signage, gutter streaks, fingerprints, and debris from all window types.
Interior and exterior high-level cleaning
Commercial cleaners often overlook hard-to-reach areas in buildings. Internally, ceiling beams, light fittings, vents, and extractors are magnets for dust, dirt, and grime. Externally, cladding, roofs, and gutters are similar blind spots.
Using specialist cleaning equipment, our contractors will clean these hard-to-reach areas, transforming your commercial space.
Floors
What type of floor surface do you have in your commercial property? Carpet? Hard floor? A mixture of both? Whatever the surface type, we have the right equipment. We use ride-on scrubbers/dryers for large hard floors, such as gymnasiums. We use pressure washers for outdoor areas and high-powered vacuum cleaners for indoor carpet.
What sets our commercial cleaning service apart?
We clean to an extremely high standard and have created a world-class service designed for your peace of mind. Clients can benefit from the following.
Access to our real-time cleaning app.
Once we understand what needs cleaning in your property, we create a list based on the items and your requirements. We’ll upload this list to an app that clients can download to get real-time updates from their cleaning provider as they clean the property.
The predefined checklist aligns with the commercial premises. If we’re cleaning a school, the checklist could contain the following:
- Classrooms x10
- Cafteria
- Staff rooms x2
- Bathrooms x4
- Library
- Reception
The checklist gives clients peace of mind that their commercial premises are being thoroughly cleaned, at the desired frequency, on every visit.
Rapid response to cleaning emergencies
All contracts include a 2-hour rapid-response callout for cleaning emergencies. This guarantees a contractor will attend your property in an emergency. For example, if an area needs sanitizing after an unexpected leak. Or if we need to remove shards of glass following a broken pane. Or cleaning up after a major food or drink spill in an industrial warehouse.
Fair pricing
Your cleaning contract is tailored to your business. You decide when cleaning takes place. This includes the day and time. If your business is open evenings and late nights, we’ll clean your business premises during the day. If your core business hours are 8am – 6pm, our cleaners will arrive in the evening after closing.
You’ll only pay for days we actually provide a service. Some commercial cleaning companies charge a flat rate for the month; however, this could leave you out of pocket if your business is unexpectedly closed during that period.
Before your contract starts, we’ll confirm your business hours, upcoming holidays, and planned closure dates.
Building your cleaning contract
Each business is unique, so we build a custom solution around its premises and cleaning needs. We recognise this fact and build our cleaning contracts accordingly. Here’s our approach.
Take measurements
Before providing a quote, we’ll arrange for a supervisor to visit your business premises. We’ll use this opportunity to get to know you, your business, and its cleaning requirements. While onsite, we’ll use an indoor laser measure to accurately measure the property, including any rooms that need cleaning.
We record the floor type, as each surface requires a different cleaning method. We’ll count desks, toilets, sinks, and glass panes. We also record any workspace or surface areas that require wiping.
Restock consumables
We can ask our cleaners to stock and replenish consumable items as they clean your commercial premises. Consumable items are things your staff and customers use daily while onsite.
For example, while cleaning the toilets in your office, we can refill soap dispensers, restock toilet paper, and replace paper napkins. We can add screens to urinals to keep the drains flowing and refill wall-dispensed air fresheners.
If we’re cleaning a high-end gym, we can add shower gel to dispensers and remove used towels as we clean the changing rooms and shower areas.
Examples of replenishable consumable items include
- Soap in dispensers
- Toilet roll
- Paper towels
- Napkins
- Toilet bowl fresheners
- Washing up liquid
- Dishwasher tablets
- Towels
You have complete control over what is and isn’t restocked. We’re happy to replenish using items from our warehouse, or have our cleaners restock using items supplied by your business.
If the business supplies the item, our cleaners will need a channel to notify operations when stock levels are low.
Waste removal
As part of your cleaning contract, we’ll need to know how, when, and where to dispose of waste collected on site. Are there waste bins on the commercial property? Can we use them at any time? Do our cleaners need to separate the general waste from recyclables?
Once we understand how to dispose of your commercial waste safely, we’ll instruct our cleaners accordingly.
